Read about the Tour de Noel in the
The 2012 Tour de Noel was a huge success and raised much needed funds for charities in the community. The weekend started Friday with a candlelit reading of A Christmas Memory that over 100 people attended. Saturday was a beautiful day and over 900 guests arrived up to tour the five beautifully decorated homes. The boutique was very busy again this year, with sales jams and jellies and holiday goods very brisk. We served hundred lunches and many joined us for lattes, coffee and cookies after the tour.
Who the Tour Benefits
Proceeds from the weekend’s events support charities helping those in need in Marin county and beyond, including Gilead House, Canal Alliance, A Home Away from Homelessness, The Marin Emergency Rotating Shelter for the Homeless, Seeds of Learning and Global AIDS Interfaith Alliance (GAIA). This event would not have been possible without all of the people
who contribute and volunteer, in some cases, months, and many, many hours of work to make the Tour de Noel weekend the
spectacular even that it is each year. The list is very long and will be here soon!
St. John's is a diverse community of worshipers. We invite everyone of all faiths to join us for worship
services every Sunday morning.
